I will allow Wannabes only under the following 2 conditions:

1) the person has had an open application with the clan they are playing with for 2 weeks or more


2) they are listed here on the roster separately at the bottom


I know this is something that's not commonly allowed, once again the entire theme of this league is to promote activity within Q3. I want clans to have any and every opportunity to play.

The same deal as the previous league, there's nothing more to say other than make sure your members/trainees/wannabes use the name posted on your clan's roster; there shouldn't be any guessing required to figure out who is playing for your clan.
