New Scoring System Empty
PostSubject: New Scoring System   New Scoring System EmptyFri Sep 04, 2009 3:42 pm

I was thinking this over after len questioned how we know who wins the league and all that and as I said to him, the initial plan was first to a certain # of league points wins.

But why not have multiple winners? Sort of like how servers have multiple stat leaders who "win" in their own right (best killer/best pummeler/highest effeciency/highest overall skill points etc. etc.).

I've decided we'll have 3 categories:

-most league points

-most win points

-highest frag average (minimum 20 games)

This also helps give EVERYONE something to shoot for, instead of the people with headstarts having the obvious advantage.

Since there is no longer a "maximum" amount of league points that decide when the league ends I'm left with having to set a date. Lets plan on having the league end on October 31, 2009. Yeah it's almost 2 months away but you also have to account for the fact we play 2 or 3 matches a week so it's not like there's a match every night. Happy Halloween Bitches! geek

Hopefully everyone likes the adjustments to the statistical goals.
