I will allow Wannabes only under the following 2 conditions:

1) the person has had an open application with the clan they are playing with for 2 weeks or more


2) they are listed here on the roster separately at the bottom


I know this is something that's not commonly allowed, once again the entire theme of this league is to promote activity within Q3. I want clans to have any and every opportunity to play.

Unlike other leagues/tournaments - matches are not scheduled in Hurt Me Plenty 1.0. Due to this, it makes it IMPOSSIBLE to set a "deadline" for roster updates. With that in mind, keep it within reason. Just because there's no limit/deadline for roster updates, that doesn't mean it will not be monitored. For example If a person plays for a clan, leaves that clan, plays for another clan the next day, then leaves that clan only to return to his/her original clan - You can guarantee something will be said/done regarding that.


Nobody should need to update their roster more than 1 or 2 times in a given week I would assume, so once again I ask everyone to please keep it within reason.
